Frito-Lay Production Line Upgrade involved modifying an active food manufacturing facility to accommodate new production equipment while maintaining ongoing operations. The project required extensive coordination of architectural, structural, and mechanical systems, including roof penetrations, ceiling modifications, equipment platforms, and safety improvements. Working alongside multidisciplinary consultants, I contributed to technical documentation, coordination, and constructability from design development through issued-for-construction documentation.
Modified the existing production facility to integrate new processing equipment while maintaining uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Coordinated roof penetrations, ceiling modifications, exhaust systems, and rooftop equipment using consultant drawings and manufacturer cut sheets.
Developed the complete architectural drawing package, coordinating architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines through Permit, Tender, Addenda, and Issued-for-Construction (IFC) stages.
Supported construction through RFIs, Site Instructions (SIs), Contemplated Change Notices (CCNs), deficiency reviews, and preparation of as-built documentation.
